Q1: Before issue the order, what information do I need to offer to Bird UV?

Bird UV:

1) Application field information of our product, E.g: For EPSON 1390 printer machine, Or Conveyor belt width 500mm.

2) Machine size in application, E.g: 160mm width of the Screw fixing point distance, or Conveyor belt width 500mm.

3) Wavelength of the photosensitizer in the application materials.

4) If you are using to replace existing UV LED, please send us the details information of the current UV LED.

5) Some other special request, such as the input voltage, plug style, package, and etc.

Q2. How about the packing and shipment?

Bird UV:

1) About packing, we will use standard industrial packing, PE bag, LDPE plate, carton box and PE film wrapped outside. If you have any special request, please do me a favor to let us know.

2) About shipment, we can use international brand Express or logistics. For sample orders, I suggest to ship by express for fast and safe. For mass order, we can delivery by logistics through Alibaba networks, or if you have any logistic partner, we can cooperate.

Q3. How long does it take to deliver after the deposit?

Bird UV:

1) About samples, delivery 5 working days after 100% payment received.

2) About mass order, depends on quantity, 100-500 units order takes about 15-20 days after the deposit received without customization on specification. New ODM project takes about 35-40 days before shipment.

Q4. How do I know Bettsens UV LED product can working well in my equipment?

Bird UV:

1) Please provide us with the most detailed equipment information so that we can arrange the matching products for you.

2) Please issue sample order first before mass order to confirm the compatibility of the system.

3) We will 24 hours online for technical support on installation and processing to make sure the system working well.

4) We have begun to establish overseas branches to provide localized service support.

Q5. How many months of after-sales protection do you provide? And what kind of after-sales service is guaranteed?

Bird UV:

1) We provide 24 months after-sales guaranty for our fan cooling product and 12 months after-sales guaranty for our water cooling product. This rule not meaning water cooling system worse quality than fan cooling. Just because the water cooling system needs more attention, otherwise it will cause improper human damage due to water shortage.

2) During the warranty period, we provide free repair and replacement services for defective products that are not caused by human or improper operation. The freight charges are each one-way.

3) We provide online technical support 24 hours 365 days to help customers solve emergency problems.

Q6. What customization can you do if I have some special request?

Bird UV:

UV LED curing system most used to compatible with equipment, most of our product is designed according to our customer request. Our professional team can do following OEM/ODM.

1) Customization on packing, branding, special materials request.

2) Rated power and size of the emitting windows customized.

3) LED chip brand, fan brand, optical power change as request.

4) Product size can be design as request.

5) We can joint design together for special request.
