Q1: Before issue the order, what information do I need to offer ?
A:
1) Application field information of our product, E.g: For EPSON 1390 printer machine.
2) Machine size in application, E.g: 160mm width of the Screw fixing point distance, or Conveyor belt width 500mm.
3) Wavelength of the photosensitizer in the application materials.
4) If you are using to replace existing UV LED, please send us the details information of the current UV LED.
5) Some other special request, such as the input voltage, plug style, package, and etc.
Q2. How about the packing and shipment?
A:
1) About packing, we will use standard industrial packing, PE bag, LDPE plate, carton box and PE film wrapped outside. If you have any special request, please do me a favor to let us know.
2) About shipment, we can use international brand Express or logistics. For sample orders, I suggest to ship by express for fast and safe. For mass order, we can delivery by logistics through Alibaba networks, or if you have any logistic partner, we can cooperate.
Q3. How long does it take to deliver after the deposit?
A:
1) About samples, delivery 5 working days after 100% payment received.
2) About mass order, depends on quantity, 100-500 units order takes about 15-20 working days after the deposit received without customization on specification. New ODM project takes about 35-40 days before shipment.

1) Please provide us the specific equipment information, so our engineer can offer products for you.
2) Please issue sample order first before mass order to confirm the compatibility of the system.
